When will my order ship?
We aim to ship orders out 1-3 business days after receipt. If there is a delay with shipping out your order, we will contact you.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If your order has already shipped you will need to wait for it to be delivered and send it back to us. When we receive it we will issue you a refund.
Do you accept returns?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase within 60 days from the date your order was delivered.
If an item is damaged or a mistake was made with your order, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
I think my package is lost, stolen, or may have been delivered to the wrong address, what can I do?
If your package has not been delivered within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact your local post office, they can assist in tracking down your package. The USPS website has a form for lost mail: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.
If the post office is unable to track down your package, please contact us and we will issue a replacement or a refund.
